2. Products & Pricing

Our website offers women’s apparel. All product prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at checkout is the final price applicable to your order.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing error, suspected fraud or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you if we are unable to fulfil your order.

4. Payment

Payment must be completed at checkout. All transactions are processed in SGD. Accepted payment methods are listed in our Payment & Transaction Policy. Title of goods will pass to you only after we have received full payment.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Unclaimed Parcels

Shipping arrangements, estimated delivery time, free shipping thresholds, customs duties, unclaimed parcel rules and delivery attempts are governed by our separate Shipping & Return Policy. Local Singapore delivery takes 2–5 business days, international delivery takes 7–20 business days (estimates only).

6. Returns, Refunds & Defect Claims

Return requests for eligible items may be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Any claim for damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped items must be submitted to us within 48 hours after delivery with supporting evidence.

All return eligibility, return shipping cost, inspection procedure and refund timeline rules are specified in our Shipping & Return Policy. After inspection approval, refunds will be initiated within 2–3 business days; your bank or payment provider may take up to an additional 5 business days to credit the funds to your account.
